At our 3 logistics centres in Augsburg, we take care of all the daily challenges our customers face in e-fulfilment with flexible and individual warehouse and logistics solutions as well as our own process-optimised multi-channel solution. Our additional services, such as special packaging or laser engraving, are a significant addition to our portfolio.

We therefore offer all the services required for a smooth e-fulfilment process.

We are now looking for committed logistics employees to strengthen our team!

Whether part-time or full-time, a position as a foreman / team leader with personnel responsibility, the prospect of promotion opportunities - we are open, evaluate each application individually and check the suitable location for your desired assignment!

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

· You will help with the goods receiving department, including checking the delivered goods for completeness and damage

· You pick the daily updated orders from our ERP system

· You take care of packing the picked goods and prepare them for dispatch

· You help with loading and unloading the lorries of the various transport companies

· You take on various packaging tasks at the request of our clients

· You provide support with complaints / returns management

· General warehouse management and stock maintenance are part of your daily tasks

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

· Successfully completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or several years of professional experience desirable

· Independent and well-structured way of working

· Strong team and service orientation

· Flexibility, a high level of commitment and an independent way of working

· Knowledge of export processing advantageous

· Physical resilience

· Very good knowledge of German

We are looking for the next possible starting date for our location in Augsburg for a

Office administrator (m/f/d)

full-time.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

· You process enquiries and tasks for our existing fulfilment clients

· You register national and international haulage shipments

· You oversee operational order processing for logistics

· You create sales orders in SAP Business One

· You process returns, customer complaints and transport damage

· You organise and supervise special client projects for logistics

· You support customer service in the area of e-commerce and marketplaces (e.g. Amazon)

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

· Commercial vocational training or several years of professional experience in office work

· Several years of professional experience in logistics processes an advantage

· Experienced with the common Microsoft Office products

· A clear and understandable way of expressing yourself both verbally and in writing

· Customer-orientated approach with a strong service mentality

· Team player, strong communicator and reliable

· Knowledge of English an advantage
